Butter Cream Ice Cream Cone Cupcake Frosting Recipe½ cup butter (softened) Cream together butter and shortening. Beat in vanilla. Alternate confectionery sugar and milk. Beat well after each addition, scraping sides well. If frosting is too thick, add a little more milk. Yield 6 cups. To make chocolate: About ¼ cup cocoa to 3 cups frosting. Add milk to achieve desired consistency. Adjust cocoa to desired taste. |
